Avoid These So-Called Healthy Foods
Other popular foods to avoid or drastically reduce are
-Honey: This over-promoted, overpriced product being sold to gullible health faddists should be eliminated from your diet. It is meant only for the bees that make it.
Being predigested it enters the bloodstream rapidly raising the blood sugar way above normal. To correct this, the pancreas must produce insulin or death may occur. I remember when I used to drink warm water to which 2 tablespoons of honey was added first thing in the morning, how hazy and unfocused I felt just minutes after drinking this solution and when it repeated itself on several occasions I instinctively ceased its use! Replace honey with genuine maple syrup for a much more balanced and safer, sweetener. I have read though it might be a great lotion of sorts for the skin. I have never tried it for that!
-Eggs: Even worse than meats. Research has shown they are very constipating and its white is dangerous, acid forming and too high in protein qualities.
-Vinegar, Liquid Aminos, Chocolate, Coffee, Teas, Yeast
Each of these can be replaced with much safer and healthier options or truly can be done without. Replace vinegar with lemon juice; Carob for Chocolate: Fake Coffee (made of grains) for Coffee and Tea (refrain from this eventually as well!)
In summary if it is not grown, unprocessed and from a plant it might not be of any use to you but basically hazardous. Of course your discretion and common sense should be your guide in this regard.
