ACHIEVING WEIGHT LOSS THROUGH FASTING

The author of the acclaimed “Mucusless Diet Healing System”, Prof Arnold Ehret once said “If one way is true...it is the way of Nature!” It will be an understatement to say he was and is so correct. An all natural path therefore will be the best route for effective weight loss.

The good news is Drugless Healing aka Naturopathy is not limited in its scope to aid in ‘trimming off those excess pounds’ as a matter of fact, it has the most efficient method of all natural weight loss ever known to man. This method is as old as the mountains and is known as Fasting.
Being radical in nature, it must be undertaken with care however, Fasting for weight loss has been covered in adequate detail in Chapter 17 of my e-book: Fitness: Inside and Out as a an option for the health-seeker.
NOT TO BE MISTAKEN FOR STARVATION, this also serves as a great cure of our ills-both physical and mental-than all of the drugs of the medical fraternity combined and when added to an exclusive mucus-binding (alkaline forming) diet of mainly fruits, leafy and root vegetables (raw and cooked) and even basic exercises that involve the use of one’s own body weight for resistance such as Yoga, Calisthenics and Pilates, fasting will reap many benefits for those seeking a natural weight loss alternative.
As a welcome alternative (and a preliminary step to an all natural weight loss regimen THE RIGHT WAY), a restricted diet of a seasonal juicy fruit such as Apples in the Fall and Winter, Melons in the Summer and berries in the Spring can also be undertaken for several days with the forms of exercise described in Section 1 of my e-book.

One form of the many forms of exercise that I must single out for losing excess weight are The Almighty Sun Salutations!

Hailed as the best exercise for humans, it is an integral part of Pilates, Kung-fu, Jujitsu and Yoga and is recognized as one of the best ways to burn calories. Try doing 12 rounds of these exercises real fast and see for yourself why they are so critically acclaimed in the drugless fraternity as the best! (See Chapter 2 of my e-book for more details) I have described with illustrative photos and guidelines how to integrate the Sun Salutations illustrated above, with a choice of effective Yoga poses known to endow the average practitioner with increased flexibility, strength and delayed aging (as an anti-aging exercise) to name a few of its numerous benefits or Basic Calisthenics that like Yoga, possess the ability to loosen constitutional encumbrances through various kinds of vibrations and thermal differences which consequently speeds up weight-loss and overall improved muscular tone, endurance and strength. |

Integrating the proper execution of the exercises above with the choice of Fasting, a restricted Fruit Diet, or the suggested diet menu listed below, within 2 weeks or even less, depending on your level of dedication, you will see a drastic increase in weight loss naturally.
Recommended Diet Plan
It is not by co-incidence or an error that Hippocrates ‘the father of medicine’ once stated that: “Let your foods be your medicine and your medicine your foods as nature is the healer of all diseases!”
According to arguably the two most prominent figures in Drugless Healing Prof. Arnold Ehret, author of The Mucus-Less Diet Healing System and Dr. Stanley Burroughs, author of The Master Cleanser the worst meal that we as humans partake of is ‘breakfast!’
How so the uninformed may ask?
Well based on scientifically proven research on thousands of people for over two centuries on such health principles as food combination and assimilation, the human body goes through a cleansing process from twelve midnight until twelve noon, and a building program from twelve noon to twelve midnight, therefore our meals during these respective periods should be harmonious with these natural processes.
As a result below is a suggested daily menu plan to cure a myriad of human ailments be it acne, asthma, excess weight etc.
Though you may experience slight to no discomfort such as mild dizziness for the first couple of days of adhering to this suggested dietetic change, do not be frightened as these are merely detoxification symptoms of the body which are sure to pass in no time. Moreover, this simple discipline is bound to make the lunch meal even more enjoyable and filling. Try it for yourself and see!
Preparation Menu
Breakfast:
A choice of the following
1. A tall glass of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice.
2. A tall glass of Fresh squeezed lemonade flavored with genuine maple
Syrup (the darker the grade the better)
Lunch:
A mono-meal of an organic fruit in season for example: Apples in the fall and winter, Melons in the summer, Berries in spring.
Dinner:
Fresh, home-made salads.
A simple dressing could be
(a) Lemon juice, olive oil and un-iodized sea-salt
(b) Avocadoes or Green coconuts blended with tomatoes and some sea salt
Or
Raw and/or cooked root vegetables such as Celery, Carrots, Potatoes, Plantains, raw or slightly heated fruit veggies (these can be blended into Soups or dressings for your salads)
