Recommended Diet Plan

It is not by co-incidence or an error that Hippocrates ‘the father of medicine’ once stated that: “Let your foods be your medicine and your medicine your foods as nature is the healer of all diseases!” According to arguably the two most prominent figures in Drugless Healing Prof. Arnold Ehret, author of The Mucus-Less Diet Healing System and Dr. Stanley Burroughs, author of The Master Cleanser the worst meal that we as humans partake of is ‘breakfast!’ How so the uninformed may ask?     This is indeed a very good piece of information about weight loss and would really like to give it a try. Fasting to a little extent is permissible but overdoing it is not something that would provide good results. I believe in having 4-6 small meals a day as it just sees to it that the required amount of the energy available throughout the day. I do really thing that this will have better results with respect to weight loss in a healthier way.
