Friends, the life of a person, and the extent of the person’s physical, mental and spiritual capabilities are largely influenced by the condition of one’s health.
Suffice it to say that these days, it is becoming more and more obvious that the condition of one’s health is linked to the condition of the internal mechanisms of the human body.
Taking these factors into consideration, my goal with this site is to show how adhering to simple and basic laws and methods of nature can help with improving one’s health and perhaps restoring us as humans to a condition that could at least rival the paradisiacal well-being of times gone.
The information presented here is garnered from several years of research with emphasis on natural living as promoted by the pioneers of the movement.
Furthermore, a realistic and practical offering of this information is given based on my personal experiences and my conscientious approach to being true to my readers and myself.
I have come a long way from when I started living by the principles that I have outlined in this site and its components and I can truly say it is no longer a ‘burden’ or ‘boring lifestyle’ to me as I honestly crave the results of the methods of this way of life.
To know that I can keep many diseases at bay, retain a youthful looking appearance and maintain a level of fitness and vitality that was absent even as a teen, to me, is extremely rewarding.
So, I conclude by saying that since better health and vitality are amongst the goals of most of us, giving Nature and its principles a trial for improving one’s health can not hurt and could in fact help immensely.”
