Californian Blogger Updates Yoga for Alternative Healthcare

Los Angeles, CA-October , 2009-An independent health researcher and blogger, Foras Aje, of http://www.bodyhealthsoul.com, a website based in Los Angeles, California, has recently published an eBook entitled Fitness: Inside and Out which is a lifestyle changing program that enables readers to find new methods of improving and preserving health naturally.

In explaining the motivation for the project, Aje says that although the present economic recession is a reason for people to seek ways to save money, maintaining one’s optimal health still remains a top priority. Thus interest in the now popularized greener living and naturopathy, an alternative medical system that focuses on inexpensive natural remedies and the body's ability to heal and maintain itself, seems to be increasing across the country

While describing the eBook, which adheres mostly to the use of Yoga, body-weight exercises, a proper diet and meditation, Aje states that Apparently, the yogic lifestyle which was once seen as a fad, is today recognized as a basic skill that many people have embraced as a way of life and a first-rate choice for physical and mental fitness without the need for expensive and at times cumbersome equipment…just you, space and the body.

The eBook which is also a representation of close to a decade of Aje’s practice of Yoga, expands on the many benefits, styles and techniques of the physical culture, its exclusive use or a wise combination with derivatives of the art such as The Five Tibetan Rites, The Royal court Exercises and other aerobic and anaerobic exercises for a total body workout that is accessible and enjoyable for people of all levels.

Furthermore, upon closer inspection, the compilation appears to be a program that combines conventional exercises with Yogic principles consisting of focused, intentional breathing, prolonged muscular contractions known as poses or asanas in a Yoga practice and a healthy diet all aimed at increasing strength, flexibility, delayed aging and improved health.

Nonetheless, in spite of its immense popularity, some big misconceptions of Yoga still exist. For example, some people believe that it is too hard and takes too long to perform or that it is basically a stretching exercise considering its appearance. Consequently, Aje debunks as many of these falsehoods as possible and shows that even with the practice of its core warm-up routine alone, Yoga can easily be practiced in about 15 minutes a day or more as desired.

Another aspect of the compilation: Fitness: Inside And Out which Aje is quick to point out, is the chapter that deals with body detoxification and a simultaneous weight loss through the previously mentioned mucus-less diet of raw and cooked fruits, roots and leafy vegetables.

As is depicted in the text, this in conjunction with specified Yoga poses and its exclusive diet, could perhaps be a sure-fire method to attaining a healthy weight loss when needed, with the added benefit of an improved well being.

He says, Since better health and vitality are amongst the goals of most of us and taking into the account the current cost of the general upkeep of health, giving Yoga and its principles a trial can not hurt and could in fact help immensely.
