Understanding How the Body Cleanses and Builds Itself

It should be pointed out that our system goes through a cleansing process from twelve midnight until twelve noon, and a building program from twelve noon to twelve midnight. Therefore, what is eaten during these respective periods must be harmonious with the natural processes. The following suggestions take this natural process into account.

To be more specific about what occurs; the body heals at night (between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.). The end result of this nightly or daily healing process is mucus (which is why we wake up with mucus, having to get rid of loads of it) and feces (which is why we usually have a bowel movement upon rising).

The bowel movement is usually simultaneous with urinating, which is a very good healthy sign. The peak time for the large intestine is 5-7 a.m., which explains the early morning bowel movement. Yes, our organs have peak times and low times that if we are in tune with can play a more conscious role in our health on all levels.

So with that being said, eating in a way that is in tune with this time frame will be the most ideal and beneficial to the body.

Folks, you should know that in most people, a lot of hunger nowadays is the result of an impacted, clogged and overfilled colon in addition to the fact that the food made of the processed food industrial complex is feeding the population with lifeless food devoid of nutrition. So, chips, ice-cream and so on, have little or no nutrition and that perhaps is why people eat loads of them unknowingly.

It should be pointed out that when we unwisely eat these denatured and devalued so-called foods, it causes the body to crave more food in an attempt to feed our body things of nutritional substance which would undoubtedly satisfy the hunger pangs. The sad irony here is the more people partake of denatured and devalued so-called foods (i.e., fast food, junk food), the more our bodies crave them in an attempt to get nutrition. In addition, many of us also eat out of habit. Many people don’t even have to be hungry. They’ll just eat for the sake of eating.

So, when you are constantly eating dead, so-called foods which lack necessary enzymes for purposes of peristalsis (bowel movement), you eventually become clogged or constipated and chronic constipation leads to the degeneration of the colon which starts the physical aging process.

At this stage, the worst and by far the unhealthiest habit people partake in is eating breakfast. Contrary to popular belief, for fully grown adults, no solid food should be eaten in the morning. It is also best that no more than two meals a day be eaten even though the quantity you eat could be as much as if 3 or 4 meals were eaten. Another very important rule when eating for health is simplicity. In other words, try not to mix too many kinds of food at one meal. If you count the different number of items in the average meal of today, the total will appall any reasonable person.

The only time that the average person doesn’t eat for several hours is during the night while sleeping (that is if they don’t wake up to get a ‘snack’) . As soon as the body notices that no more food is coming into the digestive system, it starts the elimination and cleansing process of a fast, that’s why many people wake up with a heavily coated tongue, bad morning breath and feel tired or weak and usually have no appetite at all. This is a mystery that is now being explained. As soon as one refills the stomach with food, the elimination and cleansing stops and a person feels better. This may illustrate how eating (especially the wrong foods) became a habit and is no longer what Nature intended it should be.

This should be curtailed for the best of health, hence the reason why you are being presented with a diet and schedule that is more streamlined to how the body is intended to work and really it’s not that hard. In fact, most people unconsciously eat with this time-frame in mind every day by skipping breakfast, drinking coffee or something else then eating around 11 am or so. It is the same idea, just substitute the unflavored lemonade for the coffee and your favorite seasonal fruits for the unhealthy items. Therefore, this is quite easy (and healthier) –with a few adjustments here and there.

So Here are Some Other Essentials You Will Need

-Will Power and Willingness to break away from dogma and convention!

-Trips to the Farmer’s Markets, Co-Ops (e.g. Trader Joes), Produce Stores

-Filtered, Purified Water

-Lemons: Easily 20 a week is not a high number

-Environne Fruit and Vegetable Wash: Trader Joe’s has it or you could buy a 3 pack off Amazon for $18

-Furthermore, remember to try to stay calm and immobile as much as possible after eating by sitting upright for about 6-15 minutes after (and in between) eating each meals of fruits and vegetables.
