Let’s Go Over The Essentials For Improving One’s Health Naturally

Okay, if you have read up on most of the articles on this blog, by now you should have been informed and edified on some basic principles for health as given by God in His word and now explained by Science and Medical research.

At this stage, let’s do a recap of sorts of some absolute essentials.

1. From my own experience, DO NOT CONSUME LIQUIDS WITH YOUR MEALS AT ANY TIME. This inhibits digestion by diluting the necessary juices in your stomach designated for that purpose. Therefore, drink liquids (preferably the specified lemonade detailed this blog post) 30 minutes to an hour before and/or after eating your meals. (Of course on a diet of mostly fruits and vegetables, the unnatural thirst has a tendency to diminish.)

2. Use A Shower Filter. I can tell you right now that if you live or work anywhere near cars, factories, cities, roads etc you need to bathe every day. Furthermore, the afore mentioned shower filter becomes handy as you either filter out what is coming onto and into your body or you become a filter.

3. Avoid microwaves. Microwave cooking is not natural, nor healthy, and is far more dangerous to the human body than anyone could imagine for more on this subject, feel free to re-read this article.

4. Use a fruit and vegetable wash designed for that purpose.

5. Do not eat produce items straight out of the refrigerator. In other words, if possible, have your choice of fruits out uncovered the night before and one thing I do to ensure they are at room temperature before consumption is to wash the fruits the morning of a given day. This also guarantees another thing; I don’t cheat on the diet. By the time I get home from a long day doing whatever, the food(s) are already to go.

6. If you can, while on this diet, avoid drinking just plain water. If you do so, the human mechanism cleanses itself, the same as though you would press out a dirty watery sponge, but the dirt in this instance is sticky mucus and in many cases pus and drugs, which must pass through the circulation until it is so thoroughly dissolved that it can pass through the fine structure of the ‘physiological sieve’ called kidneys. In other words, another good analogy will be washing soiled close in a washing machine WITHOUT detergent?!

So even if thirst dictates that you drink water (which should not be very often while eating mostly juicy fruits) a light lemonade of the afore mentioned recipe this article, will be the much better option.

7. Keep in mind that just as scientific and scriptural bases have been provided as to why meat eating is only permissible (and in some cases not ideal) for humans, it is worth mentioning that grains and their products (eg: Bread, Cakes, Cookies, Pasta) WHETHER whole or not are not beneficial to the body and should be consumed minimally as well. All true hygienists do not promote the consumption of grains and the reasons have been provided in this blog. However, if grains such as Brown Rice, Millet etc are to be used as mentioned in herewith do note that could be seen as transitional items for mastering the new diet.

8. Other Poisons and Habits to avoid are

a. Coffee, tea consumption

b. Alcohol

c. Tobacco

d. Marijuana

e. Drugs (legal-if you possibly can and of course-or illegal)

f. Spicy, junk, fried foods

g. Products from a factory.

h. Household Chemicals.

(For more information on ‘g’ and ‘h” above as they pertain to being pollutants, read this Article on Common Household Pollutants. )

Choose fruits and vegetables locally grown and in season as much as possible. Nature has a way of considering our climate and producing the foods our bodies need at the right time. For example, what season would you choose for watermelon to ripen? Of course, watermelon is a refreshing summertime treat. Also, we do well to store up those foods that ripen in late autumn to stay healthy during winter.

Do not mix fruits with vegetables at the same meal. Eat fruits and vegetables that are compatible and require the same types of enzymes and time to digest

In addition, try to stay calm and immobile as much as possible after eating by sitting upright for about 10-15 minutes.

It is imperative that you eat as much raw vegetation as possible. Obviously, many vegetables require some cooking but perhaps fewer than imagined. It is best to eat organically grown plant foods. They are a little more expensive, but you are worth it. As much as possible, try to eat plant foods the way they are served up by nature and do avoid canned foods, pickled foods, refined foods and spicy condiments. If you look down at your plate and see gray, bleached-white, dull brown or artificially colored foods, you may wish to consider dietary reforms and you must now know why if you have read thus far into this book. On a related note, it is noteworthy that undoubtedly, by squeezing lemon juice in water and drinking it several minutes after eating unhealthy foods, or by squeezing the juice of the lemon on some unhealthy items like meat, fish etc, the harmful effects of such substances is partly reduced-NOT eliminated, reduced. That means over time, if you keep on eating unhealthy things, you will still be putting your body at risk! Therefore, although this is NOT a license for you to continue to eat unhealthy items, do see to it that if you happen to cheat on your diet or give in to temptations etc that you drink the lemonade recipe given elsewhere in this text both morning and night.

Again, it’s one lemon to one quart of room-temperature water, so at night time 1-2 quarts of lemonade should suffice before going to sleep-if you happen to eat unhealthy items.

Also, please remember the information in the article right before this recap as it relates to the power of the human mind and how controlling our thoughts and speech can also have a positive effect on our health and overall lives.

Now that we’ve gone over some other essentials as they correlate to this blog and its core eBook: Fitness: Inside and Out, let’s get started on improving our health today, shall we.
