Going through adolescence is hard enough without the added burdens of excess weight, but when that becomes a problem, some steps to help teenagers lose weight do need to be used.

1. Eat Healthily.

It goes without saying that you are what you eat. Now will be the time to look into changing the diet towards a healthy and balanced one. So what’s the diet for teen weight loss? The Mucus-less diet of raw (and/or properly cooked) Fruits, Leafy and root vegetables, admittedly this may sound like a boring diet and yeah, you may have to forego a lot of the usual items you may be used to eating, but let’s face it, anything worth having is worth striving for and some times it may involve making a sacrifice to get certain things done, so if eating ‘healthily’ is what it would take to shed the excess pounds and enjoy proper health, then I’ll do just that if I were in your shoes.

2. Engage in Exercise.

There are tons of activities that can assist with teen weight loss. From aerobics like jogging, walking, swimming etc to anaerobics like weight lifting to sports; there are several options for exercise so it shouldn’t be hard to pick a favorite and stick with it.

Since this latter tip is what burns the calories and helps you get in better shape physically, mentally and in all forms then may I suggest this routine that would probably take about 15 minutes of your day but is guaranteed to burn the fat off like crazy.

1. 30+ Reps of the Ab-Wheel Roll Outs

2. Unlimited Close Grip Chin-ups

3. Unlimited Reverse Push-ups (legs elevated)

4. Unlimited Wide Grip Pull-ups

5. Unlimited Burpees

(and if desired Jogging or any other aerobic activity that you may like such as the ones mentioned above)

The first five are guaranteed to work the ENTIRE body and will get you in perhaps the best shape you could be, without no $29.95 per month fees for gyms or health clubs etc)

In regards to the diet suggestion mentioned above, I know it may be challenging to eat such items in this day and age when everyone is either into pizzas, fast-foods etc, but trust me even for the raw items, if you ensure to have a wide selection of items and do see that the cooked items are done properly, you really don’t have to compromise your taste satisfaction.

In addition, you could always make smoothies, raw-ice-creams, tasty salads and ‘properly’ cooked meals that would come in extremely handy to helping you nourish and simultaneously cleanse the body…naturally.

Well, there you have it healthy steps to help teenagers lose weight.
