So, in continuation of the previous articles on the Daniel Diet (Part 1 and Part 2)

Here Are The Foods To Avoid On The Daniel/Mucusless Diet

-All meat and animal products including but not limited to beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and fish.

-All dairy products including but not limited to milk, cheese, cream, butter, and eggs.

-All sweeteners including but not limited to sugar, raw sugar, honey, syrups, molasses, and cane juice.

-All leavened bread including Ezekiel Bread (it contains yeast and honey) and baked goods.

-All refined and processed food products including but not limited to artificial flavorings, food additives, chemicals, white rice, white flour, and foods that contain artificial preservatives.

-All deep fried foods including but not limited to potato chips, French fries, corn chips.

-All solid fats including shortening, margarine, lard and foods high in fat.

-Beverages including but not limited to coffee, tea, herbal teas, carbonated beverages, energy drinks, and alcohol.

Instead:

Pick from the following items:

Classification of natural/body healing foods:

a. Fruits:

1. Sweet Fruits: Tropical fruits, Bananas, Mangoes, Papaya, Dates, Dried fruits, Sweet apples.

2. Acid Fruit: Citrus, Lemon, Tomatoes, Berries, Pineapples.

3. Sub-Acid Fruit: Most tart apples, Pears, Grapes,

4. Melons: Cantaloupe, Honey-Dew, Water Melon etc

5. Fatty: Avocadoes, Olives, Durian, Young coconuts

b. Nuts and Seeds: These items are permissible but should be eaten with more caution than you would fruits and vegetables.

c. Non-Starchy Foods: Fruit Vegetables e.g. Cucumber, Bell Peppers, Zucchini , Tomatoes, Green leaves, Carrots,

d. Green Leaves: Kale, Parsley, Cabbage, Broccoli

e. Starchy: Cooked Vegetables (roots), Grains (if necessary)

f.  Lettuce and Celery (these items especially the latter combine with anything, Celery does taste good to me, the only vegetable I can actively seek out to eat-honestly.)
