Never Underestimate The Power of the Mind (Part 1)

Your potential as a human being is unlimited. Your body can never be too good. It’s been said we only use 10% of our minds and the other 90% remains unused. To tap into your full potential as a person, some basic tools might be needed besides even the diet and exercise suggestions that we have gone over in this blog.

Think about it, some of the more successful people in the world are (or were) not necessarily “health gurus”. Although they may not be able to fully enjoy their success due to health reasons, it still doesn’t negate the fact that they have something you may not have; the achievement of their goals.

In the hopes that as you attain better health you start to have clearer thoughts on how you want to accomplish other goals in your life be they financially, spiritually and even health-wise, I am now offering you some tools that have been proven over the ages to be very effective to succeed.

-Faith

-Positive thinking

-Self-Fulfilling Prophecy/Affirmations.

It is noteworthy that the last tool could actually be the reason why you may be reading this literature.

You may ask: “How is that so?”

Well…YOU ARE WHERE YOU ARE NOW IN YOUR LIFE BASED ON YOUR THOUGHTS AND WORDS OF 2-5 YEARS AGO!

That being said, let’s go over each afore-mentioned tool:

–What is faith?

According to the Bible, in Hebrews 11: 1: Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not yet seen. It is knowing that what you believe in and hope or wish for is attainable. It is the driving force for many a great accomplishments in history recorded or otherwise.

–Positive Thinking:

This is defined as conditioning your mind to always remain on the brighter side of life’s events. Granted things happen that you may not always necessarily like, have planned for or imagined, but it is how you handle those difficulties that make or break you.

Remember the following great quotes:

“If you falter in times of trouble, how weak is your strength” Proverbs 24:10

“Weak is he who lets his thoughts control his actions, strong is he who forces his actions to control his thoughts.”

It’s really true that when a man loses confidence, every other sources quality gradually leaves him, and life becomes a vanity!

If we have not learned how to conquer fear before it can conquer us, I think my friend, it is the right time that we should start to re-examine ourselves before its too late.

It should be noted that we are the architects and the master of our selves. Therefore, encourage yourself to learn the art of controlling and managing your thoughts.
